WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP -- Mayor Bart Peterson answered questions about public-safety mergers, replacing septic systems with sewers and traffic concerns during the annual Nora Northside Community Council meeting.
About 100 people attended the July 13 meeting at First Baptist Church of Indianapolis, 8600 N. College Ave.
